Support

Support

Email support for your PastePile account, billing and product questions. Support is not an incident-response service.

PastePile is operated by Andrew Young, founder. We operate online and provide support by email.

Where to write

For anything about the product, your account, billing or these pages: hello@pastepile.com. If you are not sure which address to use, this is the one.

For a security vulnerability: security@pastepile.com. Please include enough detail to reproduce it.

How quickly

No guaranteed response time or support SLA is offered on this page. If a problem prevents you from working, describe that in the subject line and include the approximate time and action.

Do not rely on this mailbox for round-the-clock monitoring or urgent incident containment. Use your organization's incident-response process for an active security incident.

The feedback box in the app

Every signed-in page carries a feedback button in the bottom corner. What you type there is stored in PastePile's database for operator review. It does not send an email and it does not open a ticket, so it is the right place for "this screen is confusing" and the wrong place for "I am locked out". If you need an answer, write to hello@pastepile.com instead.

The box records what you typed, which part of the product you were on, your organization and your user, and the time. It is not attached to a case. PastePile does not use product feedback for model training, and it is processed by PastePile's hosting and database providers as described in Privacy. Please describe evidence rather than pasting it.

What to include

  • The case reference, C-0001, rather than a screenshot of it, if the problem is with a case.
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • For a parser problem: which format, which console the export came from, and whether PastePile named the parser that failed. It usually does.
  • Please do not paste evidence into an email. Describe it, or name the case it is in.

Whether it is us or you

The status page checks API/database readiness from your browser and states which components it cannot verify. A passing readiness check does not prove that analysis, PDF exports, storage or optional providers are working. If a specific action fails, contact support with its details.

What support is not

Support is not incident response. Nobody here will look at your environment, and "is this host compromised" is not a question this address can answer. PastePile states what the evidence you supplied supports and names what it does not establish; the decision stays yours. It is not a SIEM, an EDR or a managed detection service, it does not monitor anything, and it does not prevent breaches.
